Happy Halloween!

Assignment: Photograph Three People, Three Dogs for Holiday CardWhen I got the email from a referral, I wasn't sure I was the right photographer for this session. But once everything was underway, it clicked. Literally. My clients were into cosplay, Steampunk style specifically. And they had just adopted a terminally ill dog that had a leg amputated. As a terrier, she looks ...

Happy Halloween!

Although we always love a pretty portrait, with these sessions, we want your cat or dog to tell a story... it can be your idea or we can come up with one together. Kiwi, you've seen in a previous post. He is a complete clown so I wanted to represent him that way, as the jokester he is. The photo is real, he is dancing on seamless paper, but the other elements were added in later.Add to that other pets telling a story. Maya, the camping boxer on high alert, wondering who is out there... the kitten Henry Grant trapped in a tiny cage while a ...
